Please check all details of your reservation above and contact us immediately if there are any problems. Please ensure that any special requirements or bedding arrangements are advised to us prior to your arrival and note that specific room number requests will be subject to availability.
CREDIT CARD
Will be required on arrival if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay. When paying a deposit this needs to be paid within 2 days of receiving your confirmation or your booking will be cancelled. Your credit card will be charged the remaining balance of your stay depending on policy booked unless arranged by transfer prior. If a Credit Card is not available we will require a Security Deposit of $200.00 in cash to be held in the safe until departure. A credit card surcharge fee applies of 1.2% to all booking transactions.
DIRECT TRANSFER
If a Credit Card is not available when booking we will require a Security Deposit of $200.00 in cash to be held in the safe until departure or via direct transfer. When paying your deposit this needs to be paid within 2 days of receiving your booking confirmation or your booking will be cancelled Please send a remittance to our email confirming this has been paid. The balance of your stay is required 7 days prior to your check in date. Please send remittance to our email confirming otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
DEPOIST REQUIREMENTS:
Deposit is required within 48 hours of your booking. Please notify us if you are paying via direct transfer within 24 hours or your card will be charged.
• 7 days or less 1 night payable
• 8 days or more 2 nights payable
TOTAL STAY PAYABLE:
Full amount payable 21 days prior to check in. If paying via direct transfer please notify us 22 days prior to check in otherwise your card will be charged 21 days prior to check in. If declined your booking will be cancelled.

CHECK IN TIME:
Strictly 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us on the morning of your arrival so we can arrange your Out of Hours Arrival.
CHECK OUT TIME:
Strictly 10AM. Late checkouts, if available, are $30 per hour after 10AM. Please note that this would need to be requested with Reception after your arrival and cannot be guaranteed. However you may use our facilities until 5PM on your day of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY PEAK PERIODS:
• Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival – Deposit refund less admin fee of $55.
• Cancellation 21 to 30 days prior to arrival – Your Deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellation 1 to 21 days of arrival – Full amount payable.
• No refunds will be given due to change of mind as per our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY OFF PEAK PERIODS:
• Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival – Full refund minus admin fee $55
• Cancellation 1 to 7 days of arrival – Full amount payable.
• No refunds will be given due to change of mind as per our cancellation policy.
CHECK IN POLICY
When checking in we require a copy of photo ID and security bond. Our terms and conditions must be accepted and short-term agreement signed. Failing to do so your booking will be cancelled and no refund issued.

• Please note that each apartment is individually furnished, and the images shown are only to be used as a guide. No refunds will be given due to change of mind as per our cancellation policy.
• Please note that the car park has a maximum height of 1.8 metres. If your vehicle is higher than mention please notify us prior to arrival
• Please note that for all in house payments of bookings there is a credit card surcharge of 1.2% and over the phone payments there is a credit card surcharge of 1.2%. Cards accepted are American Express, Mastercard, Visa and JCB. We do not accept Diners Club credit cards.
• Please note ‘NO SCHOOLIES’
• Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual “Schoolies Week” period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
• Please note that this property has a ‘No Party Policy’.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION.
I the customer electronically accepts and authorizes Managers 4U (Pacific Plaza) to process and charge my credit or debit card account for any and all amounts due in this agreement. This authorization includes any Additional Charges incurred. Customer acknowledges receipt of the goods and services indicated in this agreement and agrees to perform the obligations set forth in their Cardholder Agreement with the issuer of the credit card. Credit card transactions must be approved before they are accepted as payment.
